Booking & Payment Conditions: –

At least 50% of the payment should be made in advance at the time of booking to confirm your spot. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days before the date of commencement of travel.

  Cancellation Terms

  1. An admin fee of Rs. 1200 per person will be deducted in case of cancellation by the customer irrespective of the date of cancellation.
  • 100% of the total amount paid, minus the admin fee, will be refunded within 10-15 business days from the date of conclusion of the trip if the travel plan is cancelled by the customer 45 days or more prior to the date of commencement of travel. Alternatively, you can go for another trip within the next 120 days from the date of cancellation by paying the balance amount or getting a refund of the excess amount and avoid paying the admin fee.
  • 75% of the total amount paid, minus the admin fee will be refunded within 10-15 business days from the date of conclusion of the trip if the travel plan is cancelled by the customer 30 days or more prior to the date of commencement of travel. Alternatively, you can go for another trip within the next 120 days from the date of cancellation by paying the balance amount or getting a refund of the excess amount and avoid paying the admin fee.
  • 50% of the total amount paid, minus the admin fee will be refunded within 10-15 business days from the date of conclusion of the trip if the travel plan is cancelled by the customer 15 days or more prior to the date of commencement of travel. Alternatively, you can go for another trip within the next 120 days from the date of cancellation by paying the balance amount or getting a refund of the excess amount and avoid paying the admin fee.
  • No money shall be refunded in case of cancellation of travel plan less than 15 days prior to the date of commencement of travel. Alternatively, you can go for another trip within the next 120 days from the date of cancellation by paying the balance amount or getting a refund of the excess amount. An admin fee of Rs. 1200 per person will be charged in this case.
  • 100% of the amount paid will be refunded to the customer in case of cancellation by Blue Magpie Adventures irrespective of the date of cancellation except in cases of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, landslides, road conditions and any other circumstances beyond our control. Alternatively, the customer has the option to avail the amount paid as credit for another trip within 365 days of cancellation by Blue Magpie Adventures plus an additional Rs. 3000 off on their next trip.
  • 100% of the amount paid minus an admin fee of Rs. 1200 per person will be credited to the customer for use for any trip in the near future within 120 days of cancellation by Blue Magpie Adventures in cases of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, landslides, road conditions and any other circumstances beyond our control.
